Send written notice to dmca@nightjarreads.example including: your contact details; identification of the work you claim is infringed; the URL of each chapter or page at issue; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your signature.

Incomplete notices slow everything down. A direct URL for each item is the single most useful thing you can include.

We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days and to remove or disable access to properly identified material promptly, notifying the uploading translator.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury to that effect.

We may restore the material after 10 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are terminated. Translators publishing on Nightjar Reads warrant that they hold the rights or permissions they claim.

Knowingly filing a false claim of infringement carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please be sure before you file.
